Why four techniques

Icepick, boxcar and rolling scars sit at different depths and are held down by different structures. Subcision cuts the fibrous bands pulling the skin down; a matched laser resurfaces texture; a regenerative injection (Juvelook, Rejuran or GOURI) rebuilds collagen; laser shockwave releases tight adhesions. Treating one layer alone is why acne scars so often plateau.

Stage one, stage two

Stage one is subcision with cryo-soothing. Stage two is Starlux or UltraPulse with the regenerative injection and cryo-regeneration care. Sessions alternate, about two months apart. A Premium custom package substitutes Potenza, UltraPulse Alpha, Fraxel Dual or Profile with subcision, TCA, CureJet or non-suture punch as the scar requires.

Expectation

Improvement builds session by session; the clinic recommends a minimum of five to ten sessions for satisfactory change and does not promise complete erasure. Red marks that accompany depressed scars are treated in the same programme.

Questions

How much downtime?

Light walking and gentle washing the same day; no hard exercise or alcohol for a week. Redness, swelling and some bruising or crusting for two to three days, occasionally longer.
