Early scars

A scar treated in its first months responds differently from an old one. Early surgical scars — thyroid, caesarean, facial — are treated with V-Beam first and V-Beam with Fraxel Dual second, which is often enough to keep them flat and pale.

Cosmetic-surgery scars

Double-eyelid, epicanthoplasty and rhinoplasty scars are a large share of revision requests. They are treated with UltraPulse and, where the scar is tethered, laser subcision. The clinic sees many patients whose surgery was done elsewhere.
